Rebecca came to my home to help my boy Jack cross over. This was seriously the most peaceful passing I have ever had with a beloved pet. She was so compassionate and so professional. Jack passed peacefully in my arms and then she wrapped him in a cozy blanket and took such care with him. It was such a comforting experience and took some of the sting out of an impossible decision. Thank you. I am forever grateful.
You can tell upon meeting Rebecca that she is full of great energy. She is compassionate and kind and really lets you lead the way through this journey. I have to say that the passing of my boy Jack was almost comforting. He was so comfortable and just slipped away with so much prace. And the care that she took afterward to wrap him in a cozy blanket and be carried away was so comforting. I will only use her in the future for my needs when it comes to euthanasia.
I really can't say enough good things about Dr. Cross and the service she provided. First of all, it was nice to actually talk to the vet who would be performing the euthanasia of our dear, sweet dog. Secondly, it was nice to talk to someone who wasn't gonna charge me an arm and a leg just because she reached the end of her life on the weekend and we live in Berthoud. Other companies should be ashamed how much they charge for these things in your time of need. Dr. Cross seemed sweet and sincere and that was just over the phone. She answered all my questions and was available via text, which made things so much easier. When she arrived, she was very professional and I realized a truly sincere person. She treated my dear Abby with the love and attention she truly deserved at the end of her life. Once she left, my whole family did nothing but rave about her. There were 8 of us present at the time and she made sure we all knew we weren't in the way and that she would work around us. In fact she encouraged us to come in on and to just love our Abby. She was great with my 9 year old foster son and explained everything to us, as well as him, in a gentle and caring way. She waited until we were ready for the injection and waited for us all to say goodbye at the end. She never made us feel rushed. A truly experience in such a dark time from a kind woman with a beautiful heart.
I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Cross.. The hardest decision I’ve ever made was putting down my 12 year old lab and she came to my home on a weekend and charged me a fraction of the price that everyone else in Colorado quoted me. She has the voice of an angel and I am convinced she’s sent straight from heaven. Probably one of the nicest humans I’ve ever met.
thank you dr. Caroline for coming to my home to help me with my dog eddy he was nearly 19 years old and much loved. thanks to dr, caroline he is now in avery happy place .will be missed but will live on in my memory.
